What is this product?

A 30 ml eye cream from Abib, sold in a narrow-nozzle tube and filed in Korea as a two-function notified cosmetic for wrinkle improvement and whitening. The ingredient statement runs 60 entries and is published in both Korean and English, with two entries carrying printed concentrations: Jericho rose extract at 408 ppm and collagen extract at 0.1 ppm. Neither notified active, niacinamide at position 3 and adenosine at position 34, carries a disclosed level. The working actives are bakuchiol, palmitoyl tripeptide-5 and ceramide NP, which is also the trio the package itself puts forward, alongside a barrier set of phytosphingosine, glycolipids and centella derivatives and a lipid backbone of macadamia oils, mango seed butter and sea buckthorn oil. First, the disclosure itself: this is a rare eye cream that publishes its full ingredient statement in both Korean and English and prints exact ppm figures for two ingredients, which makes the formula readable quantitatively rather than by position alone. Second, what that reading reveals: the collagen in the product name is disclosed at 0.1 ppm, while the actives doing the work are bakuchiol and palmitoyl tripeptide-5, which is also what the package's own callout names. It is a bakuchiol eye cream wearing a collagen label.
