What is this product?

A water-in-oil style eye cream built on plant oils, waxes and a Lactobacillus/Soymilk Ferment Filtrate, with panthenol, allantoin, bisabolol and adenosine in the mid-to-late list. A reasonable pick for dry under-eye skin that wants a richer emollient base, but the actives sit late and their concentrations are undisclosed.

What makes it different?

The formula is an emollient-first blend: coconut oil at position 5, rice bran wax at 10 and rice bran oil at 16, then shea butter and olive oil derivatives in the later half. Soothing and skin-conditioning actives appear as a compact block, panthenol at 13, allantoin at 14, bisabolol at 17, adenosine at 18 and the Lactobacillus/Soymilk Ferment Filtrate at 19. Lavender and chamomile flower oils at 21 and 22 add natural fragrance, which sensitive skin should weigh. No drying alcohol appears anywhere in the 33-item list.
