What is this product?

A 30 g eye cream from a Korean brand, built around tranexamic acid and glutathione, each stated at 1,000 ppm in the brand's copy and in the retailer's statutory notice though not printed in either ingredient list. The Korean statutory notice files it as a whitening and wrinkle improving functional cosmetic, naming niacinamide and adenosine as the filed ingredients. The 38 entry list is identical in count and order between the brand's own English store and the Korean retail notice. It is an emollient cream: an ester lead after water, beeswax, hydrocarbon emollients, fatty alcohols and two silicones, with betaine, panthenol and sodium hyaluronate in the lower half and vitamin C as the last entry. A fragrance entry is printed despite artificial fragrance free wording in the copy; the acid named entries are a fatty acid, tranexamic acid and ascorbic acid, so it carries no exfoliating acid.
