What is this product?

Aestura Atobarrier Lotion is a 200 ml barrier-repair lotion built on two hydroxypropyl bisamide pseudoceramides at positions seventeen and twenty-two, cholesterol at eighteen, phytosphingosine at twenty-five and four free fatty acids, with squalane at four and two volatile cyclic silicones at six and ten supplying spread. It carries no declared ceramide NP, no fragrance entry and no disclosed concentration anywhere on its 44-entry list. The brand files it under its hospital and clinic sales range and routes buyers to a store locator rather than selling it on the page, and that page carries no statutory disclosure block, no usage instructions and no test citation. The newer Atobarrier 365 line replaces the cyclic silicones and adds declared ceramide NP and sphingolipids. Suited to very dry, sensitive and barrier-compromised skin; cautioned for oily skin and for anyone managing fungal acne.

What makes it different?
