What is this product?

Dr.G's Red Blemish 10-Cica Capsule Soothing Toner is a decent light hydrating toner and a poor cica product, and unusually the brand's own label is what proves it: the eight centella entries carry printed amounts of 2.1, 1.0, 1.0, 0.18, 0.02, 0.002, 0.002 and 0.0008 ppm, adding to roughly 4.3 ppm across a 48-ingredient formula. Dr.G publishes no pH and no test of any kind behind its claims.

What makes it different?

Printing ppm figures at all puts it ahead of most of its shelf on honesty, and reading them is the fastest way to see that the centella in the name is decorative.
