What is this product?

Buy this 205ml toner for hydration, not for barrier repair, whatever the name says: it stacks five forms of hyaluronic acid, panthenol 3rd and the full centella acid set across 41 ingredients, but the barrier side is a single ceramide 12th with no cholesterol or fatty acid beside it. It is a state-reviewed dual functional cosmetic for whitening and wrinkles, carrying niacinamide 6th and adenosine 38th, though COSNORI publishes no amount for either and no pH for the product.

What makes it different?

Two things separate it from an ordinary hydrating toner: it carries the complete centella acid quartet (asiaticoside, madecassoside, asiatic acid, madecassic acid), which is a serum-grade soothing set inside a first step, and it has the regulatory whitening and wrinkle designation that most toners do not. It is also unusually botanical: nine plant extracts and ferment filtrates run from the 8th ingredient to the 20th, which is the draw for some skin and the exact reason reactive skin may want to patch test, since the label itself says to stop on redness, swelling, itching or stinging and not to use it on broken skin or eczema.
