What is this product?

UREUN's 비건 아하파하 앰플 is a 55ml water-based serum whose defining fact is a disclosed dose. The brand prints 글라이콜릭애씨드 at 3,500ppm and 글루코노락톤 at 1,000ppm in its own statutory panel, which is 0.35 percent AHA and 0.1 percent PHA, an order of magnitude below the levels glycolic acid is usually studied at. What makes it different?
