What is this product?

VT's PDRN Reedle Shot Eye Lifter is worth it for the immediate smoothing, not for the PDRN on the front: the one ingredient with a printed amount is sodium DNA at 3.45 ppm, 39th of 88, which is three parts per million of the material the product is named after. What it does deliver quickly is optical, with boron nitride 11th and titanium dioxide, mica and red iron oxide behind it blurring the eye area on contact.
