What is this product?

TONYMOLY's 어성초시카 크림 미스트 is a 110 ml two-phase mist that has to be shaken before spraying: an ester and squalane oil phase sits over a humectant water phase, so it leaves a thin film rather than plain water. The printed Korean list runs 60 items. What makes it unusual is that the brand discloses its own hero levels: houttuynia extract at 100 ppm and the centella set from 1 ppm down to 1 ppb, which puts the soothing work on allantoin at position 11 and on the ceramide NP, cholesterol and hydrogenated lecithin trio in the back third.
