What is this product?

A 100ml light emulsion from TONYMOLY that the brand sells as both a daytime moisturiser and an overnight mask, and its own statutory usage row says so too. Fifty items, of which one is a plant oil, five are humectants in the top ten, and 29 are botanical extracts, waters or oils.
