What is this product?

Centellian24 Madeca Cream Tight Lifting is a centella based anti-aging face cream in a tube, sold in 15 ml and 50 ml packs and filed as a whitening and wrinkle improvement functional cosmetic. The 117 entry list, read from the brand's own notice images, starts with a centella ferment filtrate and prints madecassic acid at 4,000 ppm, with retinol, niacinamide, adenosine, ceramide NP, squalane, shea butter and several esters and silicones. No fragrance entry is printed, but six essential oils and five declared allergens are.
