What is this product?
Centellian24's Madeca Powder Tea Tree AC serum is a good buy for shine and congestion and a bad one for exfoliation: three sebum absorbing powders sit at positions 3, 4 and 7 of 45 ingredients, niacinamide is 6th, and madecassic acid is printed with a real number, 2,000 ppm. Read the other printed number before you buy for the name, though: the tea tree oil is 500 ppm, about 0.05 percent, where the acne trials that made tea tree famous used gels near 5 percent. Salicylic acid is printed 44th of 45 inside the preservative block, so it is not the BHA exfoliant it looks like, the 1등 모공세럼 line on the listing names no ranking, period or measure, and it is not scent free either, since tea tree and rosemary oils are printed and 리모넨 is declared.
What makes it different?
Two ingredient amounts are printed on the label, 2,000 ppm madecassic acid and 500 ppm tea tree oil, which almost no competitor in this price bracket does. That openness is also what exposes the product, because the tea tree figure is roughly a hundredth of the level its clinical reputation was built on. The texture strategy is unusual too: mattifying comes from silica, polymethylsilsesquioxane and boron nitride rather than from alcohol, so it degreases without the sting. The set ships with a separate 15ml gel serum whose own ingredient table is disclosed separately and is a different formula.
