Ingredient analysis and how the ad lines read

What is this product?
Korean soothing toner pad from Leaders, 130ml over 80 sheets, part of the 사각 더마패드 line. The statutory notice on the brand's own page declares no functional cosmetics category, and the forty entry list agrees: no notified whitening, wrinkle or UV active appears. The vehicle is water plus three glycols and glycerin, thickened by an acrylate copolymer and xanthan gum. The soothing group is allantoin, guaiazulene, three centella fractions, panthenol, ceramide NP and beta glucan. Ethanol sits at 31. No menthol or menthyl lactate appears, so the cooling in the name rests on mint extract at 24 at undisclosed concentration. No fragrance material is printed. No pH, no INCI list and no efficacy test were found on any surface read for this record.
What makes it different?
Two things stand out. The soothing set is unusually broad for a pad at this pack size, pairing guaiazulene with three centella fractions plus a ceramide and a beta glucan, and the brand sells a same size refill as its own listing so the jar is meant to be kept. Against that, the cooling in the product name has no cooling agent behind it on the printed list.
What is in it?
The full ingredient list as the brand publishes it, in the printed order. Each name links to what we know about that ingredient.
This brand publishes its ingredient list in Korean only. Names below are the matching INCI names from the Korean Cosmetic Association ingredient dictionary, except 4 with no dictionary entry, left in Korean.
