Ingredient analysis and how the ad lines read

What is this product?
Korean brightening toner pad from Leaders, 120ml over 80 sheets, part of the 사각 더마패드 line. The statutory notice on the brand's own page declares the Korean whitening functional category, and the twenty one entry list backs it: niacinamide, the notified active, sits at position 3. Two further pigment acting materials sit near the tail, glutathione at 19 and ascorbic acid at 20, both at undisclosed concentration. Ethanol at 13. The list is short and carries no fragrance, no essential oil, no silicone and no occlusive beyond sunflower seed oil at 21. No pH, no INCI list, no filing number and no efficacy test were found on any surface read for this record.
What makes it different?
Two things separate it. The whitening declaration is backed by the notified active printed at position 3 of twenty one rather than implied by the product name, and the list is unusually short for a pad, with no film former, no silicone and no occlusive beyond a single plant oil at the tail. The counterweight is that the other two pigment materials sit at 19 and 20, where a twenty one entry list leaves little room.
What is in it?
The full ingredient list as the brand publishes it, in the printed order. Each name links to what we know about that ingredient.
This brand publishes its ingredient list in Korean only. Names below are the matching INCI names from the Korean Cosmetic Association ingredient dictionary, except 4 with no dictionary entry, left in Korean.
