What is this product?

A tub of 70 pre-soaked centella cooling pads from Korean dermatological skincare brand Cell Fusion C, sold for heat and redness. The brand directs two uses: a five to ten minute pack on a hot or red area, or a whole-face wipe that leaves out the eye area. The 36 item list is water-led with four centella extracts high up, the four TECA compounds near the end, and a non-menthol cooling agent at 17; there is no fragrance entry and no entry named as an oil. Succinic acid is the last entry, and the brand calls it a gentle keratolytic. The statutory cell records no functional cosmetic filing.
