What is this product?

A hydration and soothing toner pad built around niacinamide at the second position of the ingredient list, a broad set of hyaluronic acid derivatives, and centella ingredients including madecassic acid, asiatic acid and asiaticoside.

What makes it different?

The formula places niacinamide second, ahead of multiple humectants, which is a high position for that active in a pad product.
