What is this product?

FATION's NOSCA9 Trouble Cream is built for skin whose barrier has been worn down by acne treatment: 45ml carrying five ceramide types plus cholesterol and phytosphingosine, with centella, allantoin and beta-glucan alongside, and no fragrance, essential oil or drying alcohol in its 56 ingredients. FATION barely markets any of that. The only claims on the page are the appearance and the volume, plus a line-wide trademarked heparin complex whose ingredient is real (sodium heparin, forty-sixth of 56) but whose patent is asserted with no number and whose other components are never named.

What makes it different?

Five distinct ceramide types in one blemish cream is the outlier here. A five-subtype ceramide set with cholesterol and phytosphingosine is the lipid build stratum-corneum repair literature describes, which is not what a blemish positioning predicts; no survey of what competing trouble creams carry was collected for this document, so that contrast is a formulation reading rather than a market count. FATION puts the whole set (NP, NS, AP, AS, EOP) plus cholesterol and phytosphingosine in the back half of the list and says nothing about it. The trade-off is that the fatty-ester and free-fatty-acid content that makes a cream a cream is exactly what strict acne screeners avoid, and no amount is disclosed for anything, including the heparin the line is named around.
