MEDICUBE PDRN Pink Cica Soothing Toner
Ingredient analysis and how the ad lines read

What is this product?
A large, quiet, fragrance-free humectant toner whose two headline ingredients are much smaller than the name implies. The label prints 소듐디엔에이 seventh at 1,000ppm, so the salmon PDRN really is disclosed, but PDRN evidence comes from injections and sodium DNA on intact skin can only sit at the surface. The cica is printed twice at 0.001ppm, one part per billion each. What is genuinely good is the irritant profile: no fragrance, no essential oil, no drying alcohol, no acid load beyond gluconolactone, with allantoin ninth and 250ml to use freely. What is missing is a lipid, so the barrier claim needs a moisturiser after it, and any published test, since none appears in the material held here. Two polyglyceryl laurates at fourteenth and sixteenth matter to anyone screening for malassezia folliculitis. The Korean statutory notice records a completed functional-cosmetic filing without naming which function.
What makes it different?
Two things separate it inside the soothing-toner shelf. It publishes ppm figures for the two ingredients in its own product name, which is unusual, and the figures are what undercut the marketing rather than support it, since cica arrives at one part per billion. And it is one of the few toners in this band whose entire irritant profile is empty, with no fragrance, no essential oil and no drying alcohol on a thirty-five entry list that four independent records agree on character for character.
