What is this product?

A gel toner pad built on a water-glycerin base with niacinamide at the fourth position, plus retinol and PDRN at a very low 1 PPM, so it reads as a light hydrating and toning pad rather than a strong actives treatment.

What makes it different?

Niacinamide sits fourth, high in the list, while sodium DNA is printed at 1 PPM and collagen at 2 PPM, both near the end, so the PDRN and collagen story is present but diluted.
