What is this product?

Mediheal's PDRN Pore Glow Derma Serum 50 prints the number that undercuts its own front label: sodium DNA, the ingredient PDRN branding rests on, is disclosed at 2 ppm, or 0.0002 percent, against an injectable literature that uses milligram doses into the dermis. The pore and glow claims rest on niacinamide at position 6 of 44, which is a genuine mechanism for both, but Mediheal publishes no pore imaging, no pigment measurement and no test of any kind. The 더마 in the name has no dermatological testing behind it on any surface collected. No 향료 entry appears, though hinoki and rose oils are printed at 26 and 31.

What makes it different?

The one disclosed amount on the label is the one that argues against the marketing, and Mediheal printed it anyway, which is more transparency than this ingredient usually gets. Underneath the PDRN story the formula is a calm hydration build: damask rose water 11th, panthenol 13th, sodium hyaluronate 30th, ceramide NP 43rd and oligopeptide-1 closing the list. Vitamin B12 at 36 is an unusual inclusion and is also what tints serums of this type pink. What a buyer should weigh against it is scent without a fragrance entry, since hinoki oil and rose oil carry it instead, and the complete absence of any published test.
