What is this product?

Juvelook does something almost no brand does and prints its amounts right in the ingredient list: polylactic acid at 500,000 ppb, hydrolysed collagen at 99.95 ppb and atelocollagen at 0.9995 ppb. Read those numbers before believing the name, because 500,000 ppb is 0.05 percent, the collagen-stimulating evidence for PDLLA comes from injection into the dermis rather than from anything applied on top of skin, and the two collagens work out to roughly 0.00001 and 0.0000001 percent.

What makes it different?

Disclosing three amounts on the ingredient panel itself is rare and it is the most useful thing about this product, even though the numbers argue against the name. The peptide block is genuinely long: fourteen peptide-family entries including copper tripeptide-1, acetyl hexapeptide-8, carnosine and nonapeptide-1 close out the list. Four hyaluronate-family entries plus beta-glucan and a squalane and glycerin base carry the hydration side, which is the part the formula actually delivers. No 향료 entry and no drying alcohol appear among the 57 ingredients.
