DERMAGENCY Zeroca 86 Toner
Ingredient analysis and how the ad lines read

What is this product?
A 200ml Korean hydrating toner from DERMAGENCY's Zeroca line, registered as a dual function cosmetic for brightening and wrinkle improvement. The label leads with Rosa multiflora flower water, places niacinamide fifth and adenosine ninth, and puts purified water only sixth, so the aqueous base is not mostly plain water. Eight hyaluronate forms, five centella derived entries and nine SH peptides fill the back half of a 48 entry list. There is no oil phase, no fragrance entry, no exfoliating acid and no denatured alcohol. Nothing is disclosed about concentration or pH, no test data is published, and the fleet holds no review population for it, so this is a label grounded record with an empty experience axis.
What makes it different?
Two things separate it. First, purified water is sixth on the label and a flower water is first, so the aqueous base is mostly not plain water. Second, the back nine entries are a block of SH prefixed oligopeptides and polypeptides, which is a serum style tail on a toner. Neither is quantified.
