beplain Mung Bean Cleansing Water
Ingredient analysis and how the ad lines read

What is this product?
beplain's Mung Bean Cleansing Water is a gentle 400ml wipe cleanser for sensitive or blemish-prone skin, and beplain says outright that you do not have to rinse it off. One mild betaine surfactant does the cleaning, there is no fragrance among its 29 ingredients, and the brand states it is not a registered functional cosmetic.
What makes it different?
The interesting part is what it does without: no rinse and no second surfactant, just one mild betaine, which is why it suits skin that reacts to most cleansers. Do not buy it for the five ceramides and six hyaluronates on the list, though. Neither group comes with an amount and both sit far enough down the list to read as trace additions rather than a real hydration step.

- Soak a cotton pad well with the cleansing water, then wipe gently along the grain of the skin. For point makeup, leave the cotton pad on for about 5 to 10 seconds and then wipe gently. No separate water rinse is needed, but you may finish with lukewarm water.
