What is this product?

ATOPALM Soothing Gel Lotion is the rare product registered for barrier recovery and itch that feels like a gel instead of a rich cream, with no petrolatum, wax, butter or silicone in it, which suits dehydrated or oily skin and is not enough on its own for very dry skin.
