The rest of its evidence is not: Neopharm publishes five named human trials but credits a 143.2 percent hydration figure to a study titled about itch, gives a 60.1 percent barrier figure whose test ran on a single date and carries typos, and lets two soothing results from different protocols share one set of details, while its claim to contain skin-identical ceramide, cholesterol and fatty acid is flatly contradicted by a list holding neither cholesterol nor any ceramide.

What makes it different?

A printed 10 percent panthenol inside the legally required ingredient block is something almost no competitor offers, and it is the reason to pick this over a lotion that only says panthenol on the front.
