What is this product?

Wellage's Real Hyaluronic Blue 100 Ampoule is a 100ml water-based hydrating ampoule, and the hyaluronic acid story it is sold on does not survive its own label: seven hyaluronate entries appear on the 54-ingredient list, but only sodium hyaluronate at 1,000ppm sits at a dose that does anything, and the other six are printed in parts per billion, which is what the brand's nine-fold framing is actually built on.
