What is this product?
A Korean wipe off toner pad from celimax, sold as 125ml holding 60 dual textured sheets, one embossed face for whole face use and one gauze face for flake prone spots such as nose, chin and behind the ears. The disclosed list is water led and humectant heavy, with glycerin, dipropylene glycol, butylene glycol and betaine early, and it declares betaine salicylate at 0.5% plus heartleaf extract at 100ppm. A complete centella group of madecassoside, asiaticoside, asiatic acid and madecassic acid sits late in the list. The practical character is a mild resurfacing toner step rather than a chemical exfoliant: at 0.5% the acid load is low, so the embossed substrate does much of the work. Tea tree leaf oil is present, which matters for anyone reactive to essential oils, and no fragrance is declared. No INCI list and no pH figure were published on the surfaces read.
What makes it different?
Two things separate it. The acid is declared at a specific low figure, 0.5% betaine salicylate, which is unusual candour for a pad marketed on exfoliation and which reframes the product as mild rather than strong.
