Celimax's Dual Barrier Purifying Cleansing Balm is for taking waterproof makeup off without a stripping wash, and the numbers behind it are unusually concrete: 95.84 percent waterproof-makeup removal and 56.45 percent improvement in blackheads and whiteheads.
