What is this product?
CellFusionC's Post Alpha Cooling Gel Cream does the cooling it is named for and does not do the capsule: the cold comes from a menthol free cold receptor agonist printed 18th of 49 ingredients, while nothing on that list is an encapsulation material and the brand describes no capsule anywhere.
