What is this product?

Rejuran's Derma Healer Moisture Cream, 60g, is a solid emollient barrier cream for dry and easily irritated skin, carrying ceramide NP, cholesterol and palmitic acid as a genuine lipid trio with panthenol, squalane and shea butter above them, and it is a poor fit for anyone managing malassezia folliculitis, because eight of its 37 ingredients are fatty esters or butters and four sit in the top eleven. The box promises 30 hours of moisture and a mildly acidic pH, and Rejuran publishes neither a test nor a pH figure for either. There is no declared fragrance and no denatured alcohol on the list.

What makes it different?

The lipid design is what separates it from a general moisturiser. Most creams in this bracket put one ceramide near the end and stop; this one carries ceramide NP, cholesterol and palmitic acid together, which is the combination that actually rebuilds a lamellar barrier, plus olive unsaponifiables at thirty-six for a sterol-rich fraction on top. The soothing set behind it, aloe vera juice, cucumber, oat kernel, calendula and dipotassium glycyrrhizate, is the standard low-reactivity group. Two things cut against it. The emollient load is heavy and ester-rich, which is the wrong shape for anyone whose breakouts are fungal, and both numbers on the box are unbacked: no test supports the 30-hour figure and no pH value is published for a product sold on being mildly acidic.
