What is this product?

LEADERS PDRN 5% Active Ampoule is a 30ml water-based serum-step ampoule whose Korean notified ingredient table prints 소듐디엔에이(50,000 ppm) in sixth position, confirming the 5 percent in its name. Twenty-two ingredients, no fragrance, no essential oil, no drying alcohol and no lipid phase at all. Six peptides occupy positions seventeen through twenty-two. Registered in Korea as a dual-function cosmetic for brightening and wrinkle improvement, resting on 나이아신아마이드 and 아데노신. The concentration claims verify against the disclosure; the elasticity and barrier claims built on top of them do not, since a topical water phase does not reach the dermal layer those claims describe and no test report exists on any collected surface. Best read as a thin, fragrance-free actives layer for dehydrated or oily skin that needs a cream over it.
