What is this product?

A forty-item barrier cream from LG's Physiogel line, and the panel is built around a lipid matrix rather than a single hero ingredient. Four ceramides appear (엔피 at 25, then 에이피, 엔지 and 이오피 clustered at 36 to 38), cholesterol at 27, and three fatty acids at 21, 31 and 32, which is the ceramide-cholesterol-fatty-acid trio the brand names in its own technology description. Humectants lead the panel and hyaluronic acid closes it. No fragrance and no drying alcohol; the three alcohols present are fatty alcohols. The lipid phase means the fungal-acne screen returns nine entries and the comedogenicity screen four, both after actual screens. The brand's press release attaches a seven-study footnote chain with named institutions and date windows, which is better citation than most, and the headline figures are tied to specific footnotes: 78.7 percent sensitivity relief to footnote 3 (33 women, lactic acid provocation, two weeks) and 120 hours of hydration to footnote 1 (32 subjects, one week). Those claims still land at partially-supported, on a narrower defect: no footnote states a comparator, a control arm or a significance test, and footnote 1 names no endpoint, so the figures cannot be read as baseline change or between-group difference.

What makes it different?

Two separators, one about the formula and one about how the record was built. On the formula: this panel carries four ceramides together with cholesterol and three fatty acids, which is the full lipid-matrix approach rather than a nod at it, and a single ceramide entry is the cheaper and more common way to signal barrier repair on a label. That also sets the trade-off honestly, since the same lipid phase is what makes the fungal-acne and comedogenicity screens non-empty here where a water-and-gum product returns nothing. On the record: the ingredient source is a bundle listing whose panel carries two labelled blocks, the 100 ml cream and a 50 ml gift toner, and only the cream block belongs to this product. Automatic injection would have merged twenty-one toner ingredients into the cream's panel, so the value here was placed by hand with the block boundary read off the page's own labels and confirmed against a separate corpus record for the toner.

Ingredients with no mark are ones we found nothing notable about, and when marks overlap on one ingredient we show the caution first.

We could not place these in the list above: 카프릴릭/카프릭트라이글리세라이드, 오일팜오일, 오일팜커넬오일, 시어버터, 하이드로제네이티드레시틴, 아이소스테아릴아이소스테아레이트, 솔비탄아이소스테아레이트, 글리세릴스테아레이트, 피토스테릴/이소스테아릴/세틸/스테아릴/베헤닐다이머디리놀리에이트
