PURCELL TXA Capsule Cream with 5% Tranexamic Acid

What is this product?
PURCELL's TXA Capsule Cream (80ml) discloses two real brightening actives at real doses, 5 percent tranexamic acid and 0.5 percent glutathione, inside a rich, oil-and-silicone emollient base. The 80-billion-per-mL glutathione framing in the name is marketing dressing on that same 0.5 percent figure rather than a separate, checkable measurement, and a 5 percent niacinamide figure printed on an overseas retail listing does not match how the primary ingredient disclosure treats that ingredient (no percentage at all). No pH, no English INCI list and no container form are published for this SKU.
What makes it different?
A disclosed 5 percent tranexamic acid dose, corroborated by a filed functional-cosmetic record in the underlying ingredient corpus, is the one figure in this formula that stands on solid ground. The billions-per-mL glutathione count is the product's most eye-catching number and its weakest: it dresses up a real but ordinary 0.5 percent concentration in units the literature does not use for this kind of active. A same-line liposome sibling markets an even larger count (880 billion per mL) at a different size and format, which is worth knowing precisely because the two are not the same cream.
