What is this product?

Parnell's Cica Manuka Red Repair Cream prints an amount for nine of its 53 ingredients, and reading them splits the name in two. The cica half is real, with centella extract at 1,025ppm plus four purified centella actives totalling 106.0ppm and two further centella fractions at 10ppm each, roughly 0.115 percent centella-derived material in all. The manuka half is not, at 25ppm of manuka leaf extract and 20ppm of honey extract, about a fortieth of the centella content. The entry that most warrants attention from easily reactive skin is mugwort oil at 34, an essential oil in a product sold on calming. Parnell's own claim for the cream, that melatonin and a 시카마누™바이옴 complex deliver skin as though after eight hours of sleep, is not measured by anything in the three archived files, which carry no study vocabulary at all and only one pair of brand efficacy figures, attached to a different, bundle listing.

What makes it different?
