Ingredient analysis and how the ad lines read

What is this product?
numbuzin's No.3 toner earns the boosting label in a way most do not: 비피다발효용해물 and 갈락토미세스발효여과물 are printed first and second, ahead of water, so the ferments outweigh the base rather than garnishing it. It also carries a proper barrier trio of ceramide NP, cholesterol and fatty acids, and there is no fragrance or declared fragrance allergen among its 44 ingredients. The texture boosting part is thinner, because there is no exfoliating acid in the list and numbuzin publishes no test for the claim.
What makes it different?
Two ferments ahead of water is the structural signature here, and it is what separates this from the humectant and water toners it sits next to on the shelf. Bakuchiol and kojic acid both appear, thirty seventh and thirty fourth, which is an unusual pairing for a toner: one is the plant compound often positioned as a gentler stand in for retinol, the other a tyrosinase inhibitor used for pigmentation. Both are printed without amounts and both sit low, so read them as present rather than as the point. 카라멜 closes the list as a colourant, which is why the liquid is tinted. Alcohol is absent entirely rather than merely free of the drying kind, since the list carries no fatty alcohol either.
