What is this product?

Meditherapy prints an exact amount beside five of this serum's 23 ingredients, which is the most useful thing about the label and also the thing that undercuts its name. The four hyaluronic forms come to 1,185 ppm combined while ectoine, which appears nowhere in the product name, is declared at 5,000 ppm, so the strongest active in the formula is the one the marketing never mentions, and it is a well studied osmolyte for holding water in the outer layers. Discount the skin booster wording: that term comes from injectable treatments that place hyaluronic acid under the skin, and nothing spread on top of it does that. The brand does cite a test, but only through a launch article quote, giving absorption up 2.47 times and 2.5mm of penetration with no participant count, institution or date behind either number, so treat those figures as brand claims rather than as results.

What makes it different?

The hyaluronic family is broken into four separately declared entries with their own figures, sodium hyaluronate at 1,125 ppm, hyaluronic acid and hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid at 25 ppm each, and a crosslinked sodium hyaluronate at 10 ppm, which is finer disclosure than almost any label in this category offers. Three centella actives, asiaticoside, asiatic acid and madecassic acid, run together at 18 to 20, without the madecassoside that usually completes that group.
