What is this product?
Ma:nyo Deep Pore Cleansing Soda Foam is a 150 ml saponified foam cleanser: myristic, stearic and lauric acid at positions 3, 5 and 6 are neutralised by potassium hydroxide at 7, with kaolin at 10 and diatomaceous earth at 14 doing the sebum absorption the marketing credits to baking soda at 24. Forty five ingredients, none with a disclosed concentration. The brand cites a non-irritation panel of 33 participants aged 19 to 59 at a named research centre, though the report is not linked. Four claims describe leave-on benefits, soothing, hydrating, regenerating and tone, that a rinse-off wash does not deliver, and the pore claim reaches only the surface since no BHA appears on the list. Fragranced from three essential oils with limonene and linalool declared.
