Isntree's Ultra Low Molecular Hyaluronic Acid Toner is a well-liked 300ml hydrator that delivers the fast half of its pitch and not the long half: the 3-second quick-hydration line matches how people describe it, but nothing supports 24-hour hydration from this toner alone, and the list carries no oil and no occlusive that could hold water on skin for 24 hours, though it is at least free of fragrance and essential oil. Isntree itself publishes no ingredient list, no pH and no concentration for it, so the 34-ingredient list quoted under its name is a 2023 outside transcription rather than Isntree's own current label.
