What is this product?

A concentrated centella balm from a Korean brand, sold in 40 mL and 70 mL sizes and positioned for the step before cream or as a thin spot layer. The 26 item Korean ingredient list runs water, propanediol and glycerin, then two volatile cyclic silicones with squalane and cetearyl alcohol between them, which is what gives it a light spread over an occlusive finish. The centella content is four separate purified compounds, madecassoside, asiaticoside, madecassic acid and asiatic acid, printed individually at positions twenty two to twenty five, so the brand's 4X name is countable on the label. Torreya nucifera seed oil carries a printed 1,000 ppm. There is no fragrance entry, no acid, no denatured alcohol and no essential oil, and the product carries no functional cosmetic notification. What makes it different?
