What is this product?

HANSKIN's Cleansing Oil & Blackhead [PHA] tells you exactly how much of its named acid you are getting, which almost nothing in this category does: 100 ppm, or 0.01 percent, printed fourteenth on a 57-entry list, behind water at position twelve.
