What is this product?

A 60ml Korean balm cream from THE SAEM's Derma Plan line, built as a barrier-lipid final step: ceramide NP at position 24 and phytosphingosine at 40 of a 41 entry list, shea butter at 22, three fixed oils, and a fatty alcohol structure. Unusually for its class, a closed item-by-item reading of all 41 entries finds no fragrance ingredient, no essential oil and no denatured alcohol. The brand files it as 비기능성, non-functional, so it asserts no regulated efficacy. Seven botanical extracts sit consecutively at positions 14 to 20. What does not exist anywhere in the material read is evidence of outcome: no pH, no concentration, no test of any kind, and no review population at all, since the ranking payload carries no node for it and the brand store publishes no aggregate rating.
