What is this product?

A Korean peeling toner pad from THE SAEM's Derma Plan line, sold on the brand's own storefront as a set of a 70 pad jar (145 ml) and a 50 pad refill pouch (105 ml) with one ingredient list. The 23 entry list is water led, with gluconolactone at 6 as the PHA the brand markets, houttuynia extract at 7, seven plant extracts the brand calls its Derma Max Formula, allantoin at 17 and eucalyptus leaf oil at 23. There is no fragrance entry and no drying alcohol, but the eucalyptus oil is an essential oil. Each pad has an embossed side and a smooth side. Two 2018 irritation tests name the pad without printing a score, and a 2018 survey of 120 women reports perceived results. No concentrations and no English ingredient list are printed. No lived use reports were collected.

What makes it different?

The Derma Max Formula extracts and the rose callus extract also appear in the brand's Derma Plan balm cream, so the formula is not this pad's own ground. Against the line's balm cream, the one sibling read here, this pad adds the PHA and houttuynia pairing, the humectant set of trehalose, betaine and dipropylene glycol, allantoin, eucalyptus leaf oil and the two sided sheet. The trade-offs: no printed levels, an essential oil, and irritation tests and a survey from 2018 without scores or a statement that the formula is unchanged.
