What is this product?

d'Alba's Vita Capsule Serum prints niacinamide at 50,000ppm, exactly the 5 percent on its label and exactly the level the research used, plus dipeptide-15 at 3,000ppm which is a credible working amount for a peptide. The rest of the vitamins are ornamental by the label's own numbers: vitamin C at 0.0001 percent, tocopherol at 0.0004ppm. It is fragranced, with 향료 eleventh and four declared allergens closing the list, so reactive skin should treat it carefully.
