Dr.SANTE's Azulene Soother Toner earns its central claim in a way most products cannot: there is no purified water anywhere on its 38 ingredients, and a chamomile-family extract stands first at a disclosed 66 percent, with a Jirisan mint extract at 50,000 ppm behind it for the cooling.
