What is this product?

Reach for SCINIC's The Simple Calming Toner if you want a soothing step with almost nothing in it: 13 ingredients, no fragrance entry, no essential oil, no alcohol and no acid among them, with madecassoside 10th plus aloe juice 8th and white water lily 7th doing the calming. The catch is that SCINIC does not print that list, a pH or any test on its own 300ml page, so the 13 entries here are a retailer's transcription of the 145ml listing rather than brand label text for the 300ml size, which is itself showing as sold out. 약산성 is printed as a word and never as a number, and there is no occlusive on the list, so dry skin needs a cream over it.
