What is this product?

A Korean exfoliating toner pad: 70 dual-texture cotton pads in 280 mL of essence built on peppermint leaf water printed at 80 percent. The list carries four exfoliating entries, citric acid, gluconolactone, capryloyl salicylic acid and betaine salicylate, all without printed amounts, plus niacinamide and eight hyaluronic acid forms, and the product is filed as a whitening functional cosmetic.
