What is this product?

CNP Laboratory's Dermaanswer Brightening Booster TXA-PDRN Ampoule earns the brightening half of its name: tranexamic acid is printed third of 58 ingredients at a disclosed 10 percent, above the 2 to 5 percent most published topical melasma work used, with niacinamide second and seven more ingredients on the same pigment pathway. The PDRN half is much weaker, since sodium DNA is disclosed at 0.1 percent and sits at position 19, a hundredfold less than the ingredient it shares billing with. Glycolic acid is seventh, so this exfoliates as well as brightens, which matters alongside any other acid in the same routine. A brand-cited four week study at a named Korean research centre, twenty and twenty one women, reports six pigment and tone measures improved, but the treatment it was compared against is left undefined in the same source.

What makes it different?

This label prints two concentrations and they sit 100 times apart: tranexamic acid at 10 percent and sodium DNA at 0.1 percent.
