VELY VELY Water Glow Balm

What is this product?

A 50 g Korean moisturising balm from VELY VELY, renewed in August 2026 with yuzu extract, sea buckthorn water, glutathione and a vitamin blend the brand names but does not map. The 79-entry list is a light emulsion of humectants, two silicones and emollients with panthenol, a ceramide, three hyaluronic acid forms and fourteen amino acids. It is not a functional cosmetic. There is no fragrance entry, but three essential oils and the allergens limonene and citral are listed. No exfoliating acid; the acid-named entries are a vitamin C form, a hyaluronic acid form, an amino acid and folic acid. The only test shown is a 2018 patch test that predates the renewal.
