What is this product?
Blanc Nature's Acne Cleansing Foam is a real alkaline soap sold as a 150ml acne wash: fatty acids at positions 2, 3, 4 and 6 are neutralised by potassium hydroxide at 7, and Blanc Nature itself puts the pH at 8.5(±0.5) and calls the product 미알칼리성. That one fact decides everything else, because the salicylic acid declared at position 14 is essentially fully ionised at pH 8.5, so you do not get the pore-clearing BHA action the name implies, and the tea tree oil and terpinen-4-ol sit at 40 and 39 of a wash you rinse straight off. What it does do well is strip sebum, so it suits oily skin and second-cleanse duty and is a poor pick for dry, sensitive, propolis-allergic or essential-oil-reactive skin, the more so with 12 botanical extracts including centella, propolis, calendula and Houttuynia cordata sitting at undisclosed levels.
What makes it different?
Two things make it unusual. It is a saponified potassium soap in an aisle where 약산성 is the default, with the brand's own answer page giving pH 8.5(±0.5), which turns its declared salicylic acid into an inactive salt rather than an exfoliant. And its acne-functional standing rests entirely on retail paperwork: the statutory product-information record for the 150ml size prints 여드름성 피부 완화 기능성 화장품 and 화장품법에 따른 기능성 화장품 심사(또는 보고)를 필함, but no registration number appears anywhere and Blanc Nature's own pages carry none of that wording.
