Tocobo Vita Waterproof Sun Stick is an 18g anhydrous sun stick built on a methyl methacrylate crosspolymer and polyethylene base with four organic UV filters plus zinc oxide, which makes it a hybrid filter product with a dry powdery finish. Its statutory row lists whitening, wrinkle improvement and UV protection as notified functionalities, but the disclosed twenty nine item list carries notified actives only for UV protection. The brand's own page states no SPF or PA value for this stick even though the catalog name and retail titles carry SPF50+ and PA++++. Best suited to oily and combination skin; poorly suited to dry or flaking skin.
